Montego Bay

Coming from the 1940s, this cocktail has all the delicious telltale flavors of Don the Beachcomber with its grapefruit and allspice combo, pernod and honey. While the recipe calls for shaking and serving it on crushed ice, I prefer this drink shaken over cubed ice and strained into a coupe. Using a quality Jamaican rum really makes this one shine.
