Bird is the Word No. 1
A sweeter cocktail using the Last Word template, this subs in Yellow Chartreuse in place of the green, uses tequila as a base and adds in a touch of apricot liqueur.
In the end, the flavors combine to something delicious although I’m tempted to tweak the spec to tame some of that sweetness.

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
