Planter’s Punch

The traditional Caribbean rhyme says, “One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak” and continues, “add a touch of spice to make it nice.” Indeed, this version of the classic punch enjoyed for so long by so many island planters follows that tried and true formula. One can find a Planter’s Punch on nearly every menu across every Caribbean island, but this one finds its home at San Francisco’s acclaimed tiki bar, Smuggler’s Cove.
