I used the rums Chad suggested and it turned out delicious!
I think this drink would be at least as good with another Jamaican rum in place of the Coruba such as Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black or even a blend of Appleton Estate Reserve and Doctor Bird. A 151 Demerara rum would go really well in place of the Plantation O.F.T.D.
This is a really versatile spec that calls out for riffs and variations. Have fun with it!
