Rhum with a Vieux

This cleverly named riff on the classic Vieux Carré cocktail was crafted by New York City barman, Rafa Garcia. In this variation, the cognac and rye of the original have transformed into a split of Jamaican rum combined with Martinique’s aged rhum Agricole. The sweet vermouth has been replaced with sherry and the result is a complex layering of rich flavors. This drink is a flavor bomb!
