Created because blood oranges are only available for a short period of time each year, this cocktail combines to form the flavors of blood orange juice while having none in it.
The Campari’s bitterness works its magic with the sweet honey notes of the Montenegro in a delicious way.
I imagine this drink would work equally well with a very bold, botanical gin.
