Galactic Con Man

You know what I appreciate most about modern tiki cocktail recipes? I love the exploration of ingredients that aren’t necessarily traditional. In this case, the addition of Averna, one of my absolute favorite Amari, adds a real surprise to this drink. It combines beautifully with the vanilla and Fassionola. I made a half-sized version of this but wish I made the full recipe and drank it all myself. It’s that good.
