Kokomo
Back in 2014, Blackbird Bar in San Francisco had a cocktail they named Kokomo make its appearance.
I remembered it being incredibly refreshing and so while dealing with one of the rare heatwaves we get around here, I decided to look it up and make one for myself.
Hydrating and delicious, it’s so easy to slam several of these on a hot day.
So that’s exactly what I did!
Crisis averted.

Shake with a couple ice cubes. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and top with freshly grated nutmeg.
