Rebennack
This is riff of the De La Louisiane cocktail which seems to be an evolution of the Martinez.
This is a great cocktail; complex, strong with a sweet herbal note tying it all together.
There are a couple specs for this cocktail but this has been my favorite.
Some call it a “hotel cocktail,” meant to be served at room temperature made as a batch and carried in a flask.
I prefer it stirred and served over ice.
