Quarantine Order

There isn’t a more appropriate drink to start Cocktails of the Pandemic than this one by William Prestwood. I’ve enjoyed many of these over the last few years at my local tiki bar, Pagan Idol. Never did I imagine that I’d be regularly drinking more at home during a lockdown. Wanting to highlight the cinnamon notes in Angostura bitters, the drink’s creator played off the signature Don the Beachcomber flavor combination of cinnamon and grapefruit to create this new classic.
